We ship worldwide, except to a small handful of countries.

When shipping to P.O. Boxes please be sure to include you're phone number and email so that uses may contact you for delivery.

Domestic U.S. & International Orders - USPS 

FORM OF PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as payments via PayPal.

As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for large orders, international orders and/or when your shipping and billing addresses do not match.

ORDER PROCESS TIME

Orders place between Monday and Friday are processed within 48 hours.  

Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Fridays, over the weekends, and/or during holidays are processed the following Monday or business day.

TARIFFS, TAXES and DUTIES

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders.

AFTER ORDER IS PLACED

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email immediately after your order is placed. This confirmation email will be needed when making returns so please do not discard.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second notice to confirm shipping, along with a tracking number.

RETURN AND/OR REFUND PROCESS

Please return items in new condition within 7 days of original shipment along with a copy of the order confirmation email received at time of purchase. Not including a copy of the order confirmation email may delay your refund.

Shipping and handling fees of original purchase are not eligible for refunds.Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns.Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Sale items are not eligible for any refunds or store credits.

TERMS OF USE

The Object(s) website and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following terms and conditions and any other rules posted on our site. We do not represent or warrant that the information on our website is accurate, complete, or current. This includes information related to pricing and availability of products. We reserve the right to change or update information at any time, without prior notice.  

 

PRIVACY

Object(s) respects its customer's account information as private and confidential and does share it with outside parties. All orders are placed through the SSL secure third party, Shopify.com. 

RETURN POLICY

Your are free to return or exchange any product for any reason within 15 days, as long as it has not been damaged or washed. All original tags must also be attached. Once we receive the garment, we will issue a full refund, or issue an exchange. The buyer will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping, or return shipping. For exchanges, Object(s) will cover the cost associated with reshipping, after the return has been recieved and processed. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES POLICY

Any customs and or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsiibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. We do not have control over these charges, and are not able to provide specific information on duty fees associated with shipping to particular countries.
